Driss Zouak has more than 15 years in the software industry. Initially a java architect for five years, he switched to .NET when it launched in beta while he was at Microsoft. He is a software architect, a public speaker on technology and leadership, and is a freelance mentor.
He is a University of Waterloo graduate and graduated with honours from the Mathematics faculty, in computer science and philosophy. He is an abductive thinker and is regularly deemed rather unconventional to his approach in mentoring, growing teams, focusing on morale and productivity and growth, and has a balanced business understanding to complement his people and technology sides.
