Communications
Another way that we frequently work with clients is by helping them author technical, semi-technical or technical-related documents for internal or external audiences. Whether this is architecture documents, functional specifications, API specs or any other type of document, we help break down complicated ideas into clear, understandable messages.
In the same vein of communicating clearly we help clients by presenting at conferences on their behalf, writing guest blog entries or more recently engaging for them in the realm of social media and personality building.
Innovation
Sometimes we get a call from a client asking us “What do you think about tablets? Can I use them in my business?” or a similar question where the value is uncertain, the applicability is uncertain, or the client just wants a trusted opinion that can help educate them without obligating them.
We are ready and able to engage breaking that down and helping the client figure out whether or not it can apply, where to start in terms of proofs of concept, and what’s the best means for getting that accomplished. We work with you to your goals.
In this vein we’ve created a RIM Blackberry Microsoft BizTalk adapter for an interesting ‘in the field’ enterprise solution, shown a small renovations business how InfoPath could meet their paperless needs, and helped one company realize that they didn’t need tablets just a better web interface to get better user acceptance.
Who we are
Zouak Consulting was founded in 2005 by Driss Zouak and Jennifer Zouak. Since then, we have delivered solutions for such companies as Bombardier Aerospace, NexInnovations, SNC Lavalin, Campus Management Corporation, Business Development Canada, InfoWay Canada and others.
