If you have meetings, you need to read this book. I just flew through Death By Meeting. Like Patrick Lencioni’s Getting Naked book, this one was a fast read and an excellent book for anyone, but in particular leaders of companies.

Over the Christmas holidays I read the book 8 Things We Hate About I.T. by Susan Cramm, published by Harvad Business Press. The book had been recommended by a customer at a meeting where I presented my Consumerism presentation, which was the vehicle for us to getting to discuss his current IT strategy situation.
